Bien m\u00e9langer au fouet. Ajouter 80g de sucre, le lait et la cr\u00e8me. Bien fouetter le tout. R\u00e9server&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un moule \u00e0 manquer, faire fondre le beurre, ajouter le sucre pour faire un caramel (couleur brun), ajouter les quartiers de pommes dans le caramel, bien m\u00e9langer.
